Datawind has launched the DataWind MoreGMax 3G6 smartphone in India. The main highlight of the phone is that it comes with free internet access for 12 months. Last year, in 2016, Datawind had partnered with Reliance Communications to offer the phablet with 1 year free internet access.
Under the hood, the MoreGMax 3G6 packs a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. Running Android Marshmallow out-of-the-box, it features a large 6-inch display. The phone houses 8GB of internal memory and supports expandable storage up to 32GB via microSD card.
On the camera front, it sports an 8 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2 mega pixel front facing camera. There is no word on battery capacity of the phone as of now. Connectivity options which the dual SIM phone offers, include 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Sadly, it does not support 4G LTE.
