It will run on the latest iteration of Android, Jelly Bean but it will be a 4.1 or 4.2 version is what is still in question. Seeing that companies are slowly shifting to Android 4.2 with their latest devices, we expect the smartphone to ship with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It will be powered  by the 1.2GHz quad core processor which is a Mediatek unit and complementing the processor will be a gig of RAM. The internal memory storage would stand at 4GB with an option to expand it via a microSD card being made available as well.

The device will come with a 16GB memory card as an introductory offer. Rear of the smartphone will be adorned by a 8 megapixel camera while the front camera unit will be a 2 megapixel unit. It will feature a dual SIM support and will come with 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for connectivity. It will come with Yamaha branded speakers which will give you a great audio experience which is the only thing that separates it from the rest of the budget quad core devices. Expect the device to be made available in first week of May.
