iBall Andi 4L Pulse Available In India Ahead Of Launch At Rs. 4,899

Electronics company iBall is soon going to launch its first Windows based smartphone- iBall Andi 4L Pulse in India. Reportedly, this smartphone is available in India ahead of its official launch. This information comes from the Twitter account of an established retailer Manish Khatri from Mahesh Telecom in Mumbai.

According to the images available on Twitter page of Mahesh Telecom, this smartphone is powered by 1.2 GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor paired with 1GB of RAM, and run on Windows Phone 8.1 operating system. It features a 4 inch TFT display with 480 x 800 pixels resolution. On photography front, it sports a 5 mega pixel rear camera with auto focus and BSI sensor. For storage, it comes with 4 GB of internal storage. This smartphone packs a 1500 mAh battery and connectivity options include 3G and Bluetooth 3.0. Apart from the specs image, the retailer has also posted promotional material of Andi 4L Pulse on Twitter.

Andi 4L Pulse will compete with Lava Iris Win1 and Celkon Win 400.

Lava Iris Win 1 is priced at Rs. 4,999. It is powered by powered by 1.2 GHz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor coupled with 1 GB RAM and runs on Windows 8.1 operating system. It features a 4-inch WVGA display, 5 mega pixel primary camera with auto focus, BSI sensor and 0.3 mega pixel front facing camera. Internal storage is 8 GB which is expandable and it packs a 1950 mAh battery.

Celkon Win 400 which is priced at Rs. 4,979, features 1.3 GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor coupled with 512 MB RAM and  runs on Windows Phone 8.1 operating system. It houses a 4 inch WVGA display (480×800 pixels resolution), sports a 5 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 1.3 mega pixel front facing camera. It is equipped with  4 GB internal storage. Connectivity options include WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, 3G and GPS.

Availability and Pricing

The details about launch timeline and availability of this smartphone have not been revealed officially yet. We expect the information to be available soon. While it is available at retail stores in India at an affordable price tag of Rs. 4,899 which makes it the cheapest Windows phone available in the market.
