Intex has expanded its Aqua series with the launch of Intex Aqua Ace smartphone. Highlight of this device is that it houses 3GB of RAM. Under the hood, it is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor clocked at 1.3GHz.
Running Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, it features a 5-inch HD display with 1280×720 pixels resolution. It features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on both front and rear sides. The Aqua Ace houses 16GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 128GB using microSD card.
On camera front, the phone sports a 13 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5 mega pixel front facing camera. Camera features on the device include gesture capture, live photo mode, HDR, flash, capture while recording, motion track mode, voice capture, face detection and panorama mode. Backed up by a 2300mAh battery, it is claimed to deliver talk time of up to 4-6 hours and standby time of up to 250-300 hours. It measures 145×71.5×6.7mm and weighs 121.5 grams.

The Intex Aqua Ace is priced at Rs. 12,999 and comes in Black and White color options. The device will also come with one year screen breakage warranty, a complementary bag pack and a smart or sensor-based flip cover.
