Intex has expanded its Aqua series with the launch of Intex Aqua Dream smartphone. As for specifications, the dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) Aqua Dream phone is powered by a 1.4 GHz octa-core MediaTek (MT6592M) processor paired with 1GB of RAM. It runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system and features a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution. The handset houses 8 GB of inbuilt memory which is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card.
On photography front, the Aqua Dream sports a 13 mega pixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash and a 5 mega pixel front facing camera. It comes preloaded with several camera features like panorama shot, face beauty, face detection, Live photo mode, voice capture, HDR, smile shot, zero shutter delay, capture by volume up & down key, capture by Bluetooth and capture by earphone.
It packs a 2300 mAh battery which is claimed to deliver up to 7 hours of talk time and up to 300 hours of standby time. The handset offers 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPRS/ EDGE and Micro-USB connectivity options. It features gravity, light, proximity, accelerometer, gyroscope and ambient light sensors. The Aqua Dream measures 151 x 78 x 8.5 mm, weighs 145 grams and is listed in White, Black and Champagne color variants on the official website.
