Intex has launched its smartphone running Sailfish OS 2.0 in India. Called the Intex Aqua Fish, the phone was unveiled at MWC 2016 which was held earlier this year.
Under the hood, the phone packs a 1.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 (MSM8909) processor coupled with Adreno 304 GPU and 2GB of RAM. It features a 5-inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution.
The Aqua Fish sports an 8 mega pixel primary camera with LED flash and a 2 mega pixel front facing camera. On storage front, it houses 16GB of internal memory which can be expanded using microSD card. Backed up by a 2500mAh battery, it measures 142.4x72x9.6 mm and weighs 150 grams. Connectivity options which the dual SIM phone offers, include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. It comes in orange+black color option.
The Sailfish OS 2.0 offers enhanced UI, new features, improved performance, better Android application compatibility, better multi-tasking and much more.

Price & Availability
The Intex Aqua Fish is priced at Rs. 5,499 and will be initially available exclusively via eBay India. Later on, it will become available through Flipkart, Amazon and Snapdeal.
