Kestrel KM 451 Launched At Rs. 6,190: Specifications & Features

Kestrel, an Indian ICT manufacturing company has launched its first smartphone- Kestrel KM 451. As far as specifications of the device are concerned, it is powered by a 1GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor coupled with 512MB of RAM. Running Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, it features a 4.5-inch FWVGA IPS display with 854×480 pixels resolution.

On camera front, the device sports a 5 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3 mega pixel front facing camera. There is 4GB of inbuilt storage onboard which is expandable up to 32GB using microSD card. Backed up by a 1750mAh battery, the KM 451 is claimed to deliver up to 8 hours of talk time and up to 300 hours of standby time.

It comes loaded with several sensors such as- ambient light sensor, accelerometer and proximity sensor. The handset measures 9.35mm in thickness and weighs 150 grams.  Connectivity options which this phone offers include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Micro-USB.
