Micromax Canvas A105 with Android Kitkat and quad core processor launched at INR6,999

Micromax came up with another Android Kitkat 4.4 running smartphone in Indian market. This time a 5-inch display, quad core and Android Kitkat running smartphone Micromax Canvas A105 listed on e-commerce website HomeShop18. Recently Micromax introduced Micromax Unite 2 and Micromax Canvas Engage were other two smartphones that was launched in India, running latest Android operating system Kitkat 4.4.

Talking about the specifications of Micromax Canvas A105, it is 10.5mm thick and 180grams weighs. The smartphone comes with 5-inch capacitive touch screen along with 800*480pixel resolution. The smartphone runs on 1.2GHz quad core processor from an unknown manufacturer. There is 512MB RAM on board. As I mentioned earlier it is running on Android 4.4 Kitkat operating system.

There is 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and there is a VGA camera as well for video calling and selfie. The smartphone comes with 4GB of internal storage along with up to 32GB memory card support on board as well.

On the connectivity front, the Micromax Canvas A105 has 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS on board. The smartphone is a dual SIM smartphone along with dual SIM standby. There is 1900mAh battery as well. The smartphone is available in Black colour and priced at INR 6,999.

Expert Opinion

Micromax Unite 2 is already in the market with almost same specifications expect RAM and Display. The Micromax Unite 2 has 4.7-inch display with 800*480pixel resolution while Micromax Canvas A105 has slightly higher display, a 5-inch display with the same resolution. The Unite 2 has 1GB RAM while Canvas A105 has 512MB RAM on board. Both the smartphone has the same price as well.
