As per recent listings and reports, the upcoming handset will be powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 980 octa-core processor and 8GB RAM.

The octa-core Exynos 980 processor comes with 5G support. It also supports 4K video capture at 120fps and a 108-megapixel camera sensor.

The Samsung Galaxy A71 5G is said to come with a quad rear camera setup with a 64MP primary sensor. For selfies, it will sport a 12MP front camera (housed in a hole-punch notch).

The upcoming smartphone is likely to run the Android 10 operating system. It is also tipped to feature an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The new smartphone is powered by an octa-core processor and 8GB RAM. The 128GB internal storage is expandable via a microSD card (up to 512GB).

In terms of optics, the Samsung Galaxy A71 sports a quad-camera setup on the back. It combines a 64MP primary sensor (f/1.8 aperture) with a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens (f/2.2), a 5MP depth sensor (f/2.2), and a 5MP macro lens (f/2.4).

For selfies and video calling, the new handset sports a 32MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture. The 4,500mAh battery supports 25W fast charging.

Whereas a quick discovery feature called ‘Finder’ lets users search for content across entertainment, e-commerce, food, and travel domains available within apps installed on the smartphone.

The Samsung Galaxy A71 also comes with a Samsung Pay integration (to enable easy payments) and Samsung Knox (for enhanced security).
