Panasonic has expanded its Eluga series of smartphones with the launch of Panasonic Eluga Tapp. Under the hood, it packs a 1.25GHz quad-core processor. The phone houses 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory. It supports expandable storage up to 32GB via microSD card.
The Eluga Tapp features a 5-inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixel resolution. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. On the camera front, the phone sports an 8 mega pixel primary camera with LED flash. There is also a 5 mega pixel front facing camera onboard. Backed up by a 2800mAh battery, it measures 143x71x8.15 mm and weighs 138 grams. The dual SIM handset offers 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.
The phone features a fingerprint scanner for additional security. It also comes with Android for Work that allows users to keep their work and personal apps separate while also keeping the data secure.
