LeEco Le Max Pro, First Snapdragon 820 Powered Smartphone Goes On Sale In China: Price & Specs

World’s first smartphone powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 chipset, dubbed the LeEco Le Max Pro, has been rolled out for sale in China. Originally unveiled at CES 2016 at Las Vegas in January, the Le Max Pro is the first smartphone to be announced with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC. Besides Snapdragon 820 chipset, the device also comes with ultrasonic Sense ID fingerprint scanner for additional security and 802.11ad connectivity.

The Le Max Pro succeeds the Le Max, which was launched in India in January 2016, and shares many similarities with the predecessor.

HP Elite X3 With Windows 10 Announced: Specifications & Features

HP has unveiled its Windows 10 running high-end smartphone, called the HP Elite X3, at MWC 2016 event.

Running Windows 10, the Elite X3 supports Continuum feature and comes with several optional accessories such as Desk Dock and Mobile Extender which offer phablet, laptop and desktop business productivity in a single device. With Desk Dock, users can connect the Elite X3 to an external display while Mobile Extender offers seamless Windows Continuum computing experience to the users.

Lenovo Vibe K5, Vibe K5 Plus Launched At MWC 2016: Price & Specifications

Lenovo has expanded its smartphone portfolio with the launch of Lenovo Vibe K5 and Vibe K5 Plus at MWC 2016 event. As far as specifications of the phones are concerned, they pack more similarities than differences. Apart from display resolution and SoC’s, all other specifications of both smartphones are identical.

While the Vibe K5 is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 415 processor, the Vibe K5 Plus packs in Snapdragon 616 chipset. Both smartphones feature a 5-inch display but screen resolution for Vibe K5 is 1280×720 pixels whereas the Plus variant comes with a full HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution.

Gionee S8 With 3D Touch Display, Dual WhatsApp Launched: Price & Specifications

Gionee has launched its latest flagship smartphone- Gionee S8, at MWC 2016 event in Barcelona. The highlight of the phone is its pressure sensitive 3D Touch display which can distinguish between three levels of force- touch, tap and press. It also comes with Dual WhatsApp and Dual WeChat features and supports multiple WhatsApp and WeChat accounts.

Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.95GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 (MT6755) processor paired with Mali T860MP2 GPU and 4GB of RAM. On the front, the device features a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution and 2.5D Arc Glass. The screen also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 for protection against scratches.
