Vivo is working on a new smartphone, dubbed the Vivo Y55A. The phone has been spotted on China’s certification website TENAA, revealing its specifications, features and images. The TENAA listing shows both the front and rear panels of the phone and gives us a fair idea about how the phone would look like on design front.
As per the TENAA listing, the Y55A will feature metal body. Above the display on the front, secondary camera can be seen along with earpiece and sensors. Below the dispay, it has three touch capacitive buttons. On the rear, it houses primary camera, LED flash and Vivo branding.
As for specifications, the TENAA listing reveals that the Vivo Y55A packs a 1.4GHz octa-core processor and features a 5.2-inch HD display with 1280×720 pixels resolution. It runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system. The phone houses 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage with expandable support up to 128GB via microSD card. For photography lovers, it sports an 8 mega pixel rear camera and a 5 mega pixel front shooter. Also onboard will be a 2650mAh battery. It measures 147.9×72.9×7.5mm and weighs 142 grams.
