Lava has launched its new device namely Lava Xtron Mega tablet in India. The tablet is powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad-core processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM and Power VR SGX540 GPU. The tablet runs on rather outdated Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system and features 10.1 inch IPS display with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. It sports a 2 mega pixel rear camera and a 0.3 mega pixel front facing camera. On storage front, Xtron Mega entails 16 GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. Other specifications of the device include a 3.2 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3 mega pixel secondary camera. For storage purpose, it comes with 4 GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device is fueled with a 1750 mAh battery which the company claims to deliver up to 11 hours of talk time and up to 23 hours of standby time. The handset measures 134.4 mm x 68 mm x 10 mm and weighs 146 grams.
