LeEco has launched its latest smartphone in China. Called the LeEco Le Pro 3 Elite, it is a toned down variant of the LeEco Le Pro 3, that was launched in September 2016. The Elite version features same design as the Le Pro 3, however, there are a few differences in the spec-sheets of the two smartphones.
Under the hood, the Le Pro 3 Elite packs a Snapdragon 820 processor while the Le 3 Pro comes with Snapdragon 821 chipset. The Elite model also lacks NFC support, which was present in the original variant. Rest of the specifications of both smartphones are identical.
It features a 5.5-inch full HD 2.5D curved glass display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. The phone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EUI 5.8. It houses 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. For photography lovers, it comes with a 16 mega pixel rear camera with dual LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF and Sony IMX298 sensor. Upfront is an 8 mega pixel shooter for capturing selfies and making video calls. Armed with a 4070mAh battery, it supports Quick Charge 3.0. Connectivity options include 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB Type-C. The device measures 151.1×74.2×7.5 mm and weighs 175 grams.

The LeEco Le Pro 3 Elite carries a price tag of CNY 1699 (approximately Rs. 16,500) and is available to buy from LeEco’s China website. There is no word yet on global roll out of the smartphone.
