AOC E40 Launched In India: Price, Specs & Features

Taiwanese electronics manufacturer AOC has launched its new budget smartphone AOC E40 in India. AOC has officially tweeted about this device. Under the hood, the dual-SIM AOC E40 smartphone is powered by Dual-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz coupled with 512 MB of RAM and ARM Mali-400 GPU. Running on Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system, this handset features a 4 inch WVGA display with 480 x 800 pixels resolution. On imaging front, it sports 2 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3 mega pixel front facing camera for making video calls and capturing selfies. For storage purpose, it entails 4 GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD  card. It packs a 1600 mAh battery which is claimed to deliver up to 13 hours of talk time on 3G network and up to 15 hours of talk time on 2G network. Connectivity options on this device include 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth while it will be available in White and Black color variants.

AOC had also launched its AOC M601 smartphone in December last year. The AOC M601 is powered by a 1.3 GHz Dual-Core processor alongside 512 MB of RAM. It runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box operating system and features a large 6-inch qHD IPS display with 540 x 960 pixels resolution. For storage purpose, it entails 8 GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. On photography front, it houses a 5 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash, a 0.3 mega pxiel (VGA) front facing camera while this handset also packs a 2100 mAh battery.
