If you are confused about whether you should buy the InFocus M260 smartphone or not, then we are here to help you make an informed decision. Read on to find out details on specifications and features along with InFocus M260 hands on review with video.
Although the are many smartphones available in sub-Rs. 5,000 price range, yet the InFocus M260 manages to stand out in the crowd on design front.
It has a dual colored rear panel, half of which is removable and gives access to dual SIM card slots, microSD card slot and 2000mAh removable battery.
The dual colored rear panel looks impressive and gives it an edge over its competitors. On the rear of the phone, there is a 5 mega pixel primary camera with LED flash and InFocus branding. Speaker is also placed on the rear towards bottom which has average sound quality. Audio from speaker is not very loud and clear.
At the front, there is a 4.5-inch FWVGA display with 864×480 pixels resolution. The display has average color quality and brightness with good viewing angles. Expecting a better display than what InFocus M260 offers at this price point would be asking too much.
Above the display, there is a 2 mega pixel front facing camera and earpiece.
Three touch capacitive buttons towards bottom are a part of the display. Below the display, there is InFocus branding.
On the top edge, there is 3.5mm audio jack and USB charging port.
Microphone is located on the lower edge.
The left edge of the device is clean and retains dual colors of the rear panel.
The right edge of the phones houses power button and volume rocker.
On camera front, it sports a 5 mega pixel fixed focus rear camera with LED flash and a 2 mega pixel fixed focus front facing camera. It does not impress us much in camera department. Color reproduction is not good and images tend to pixelate when we zoom into them.
It is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6582M chipset clocked at 1.3GHz paired with 1GB of RAM. The phone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. The software on the device is simple to understand and use. The 2000mAh battery of the phone should be good enough to survive for a day on moderate usage.
The unit which we received for review was colored White with Black. It also comes in two more color options- Orange with Black and Florescent Green with Black.
