Expanding its Aqua series of smartphones, Intex has launched the Intex Aqua Prime 4G. Under the hood, the phone packs a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor paired with Mali-760 GPU. It features a 5.5-inch HD display with 1280×720 pixels resolution and 269 ppi pixel density. The phone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
The Aqua Prime 4G houses 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. The smartphone also supports expandable storage up to 32GB via microSD card. In the photography department, the device sports an 8 mega pixel rear camera with dual LED flash and f/2.2 aperture. There is also a 2 mega pixel front facing camera for capturing selfies and making video calls. The front camera is accompanied by a selfie flash that lets users capture bright selfies even in poor lighting conditions.
Fueled by a 2800mAh battery, the company claims it to deliver up to 11 hours of talk time and 500 hours of standby time. Connectivity options which the dual SIM phone offers include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and microUSB port. It measures 154.5×77.5×8.3 mm and weighs 158 grams.
