The new Acer Swift laptops are powered by the recently launched 12th Gen Intel Core processors and Intel Iris Xe graphics.
Both the Acer Swift 3 and Swift 5 feature thin and light CNC-machined unibody chassis. The new laptops sport 14-inch touchscreen displays. Let’s take a closer look!

The Acer Swift 5 (SF514-56T) comes with a starting price of EUR 1,799 (approx Rs 1,51,800), $1,499 (approx Rs 1,12,700), and CNY 9,999 (approx Rs 1,19,000) for the EMEA region, North America, and China, respectively.
As of now, there is no confirmation about the Indian price tag and launch date of the new laptops.

The new laptop is powered by up to 12-core 12th Gen Intel Core processors along with Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics, up to 16GB of dual-channel LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 2TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage.
The Acer Swift 5 is said to last up to 10 hours on a single charge. It comes with fast charging technology that offers over four hours of battery with 30 minutes of charging.
For video calling, the laptop sports a full-HD MIPI webcam with Acer’s Temporal Noise Reduction (TNR) and Acer PurifiedVoice (with AI Noise Reduction technology).

The Acer Swift 5 has an upgraded TwinAir dual-fan system and D6 heat pipes to maintain temperature. The backlit keyboard also has an air inlet design that expels 8-10 percent more heat than a standard keyboard.
The new laptop is made from aerospace-grade aluminum and comes with a CNC-machined unibody chassis. It is only is 14.95mm in thickness and weighs 1.2kg.
The Acer Swift 5 sports a 14-inch touchscreen display with WQXGA (2,560 x 1,600 pixels) resolution, a 92.22 percent screen-to-body ratio, a 16:10 aspect ratio, and Antimicrobial Corning Gorilla Glass protection.
Additional features include instant wake from sleep, Cortana with voice support, Windows Hello (a fingerprint reader is placed in the power button), and an OceanGlass touchpad that supports multi-finger gestures.

Acer Swift 3
The Acer Swift 3 (SF314-512) comes with a starting price of EUR 1,199 (approx Rs 1,01,200), $849.99 (approx Rs 64,000), and CNY 5,499 (approx Rs 65,500) for the EMEA region, North America, and China, respectively.
The new laptop comes with similar features as the Acer Swift 5. However, it sports a 14-inch touchscreen display with full-HD/ QHD resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio.
The Acer Swift 3 is powered by 12th Gen Intel Core processors along with up to 2TB SSD storage. The quick charging technology offers four hours of battery life with a 30-minute charge.
Additionally, the laptop sports a full-HD webcam with Acer’s TNR technology, DTS Audio speakers, Acer’s TwinAir dual-fan cooling system, Wi-Fi 6E, USB Type-C, USB Type-A, and HDMI 2.1 ports.
