Airtel Platinum customers will now get to experience faster 4G speeds on their smartphones and connected devices. Airtel has announced a new ‘Priority 4G Network’.

Additionally, Platinum customers will get preferential care with dedicated customer care and retail store executives. There are also offers, as part of the Airtel Thanks program.

How To Get Faster 4G Speeds On Airtel Plans

  • Existing Airtel and non-Airtel customers can upgrade to Airtel postpaid plans starting at Rs 499.
  • As part of the Airtel Thanks program, all postpaid mobile customers on Rs 499 and above plans are designated as Platinum. Benefits include a customized Platinum UI on the Airtel Thanks app.

As part of Platinum care, a ‘Priority 4G SIM’ will be delivered to the homes of customers. You will also get red carpet customer care with preferential service at call centers and retail stores.
