The Alcatel 5X and Alcatel 1V Plus have been listed on Alcatel’s Argentinian website. However, there is no information about its price or availability.
The Alcatel 5X comes in black and blue color options. On the other hand, the Alcatel 1V Plus comes in a single black color option.

The new smartphones come with MediaTek Helio P22 SoC and run the Android 10 operating system. There is a dedicated Google Assistant button on the side.
The Alcatel 1V Plus is backed by a 4,000mAh battery and features a 6.22-inch HD+ display. Whereas the Alcatel 5X comes with a larger 5,000mAh battery and a bigger 6.52-inch HD+ display.
Both handsets feature a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include Bluetooth v5, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, USB 2.0, and 3.5mm audio jack. Let’s take a closer look:

The new smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762) processor along with PowerVR GE8320 GPU and 4GB RAM. The 128GB internal storage can be further expanded via a micro SD card (up to 256GB).
The Alcatel 5X is backed by a 5,000mAh battery that delivers up to 31 hours of 4G talk time and 560 hours of 4G standby. It can be fully charged in 3 hours and 30 minutes.
In terms of optics, the handset sports a quad rear camera setup with full-HD video recording (1080p) at 30fps. It uses a 48MP primary sensor (f/1.8), a 5MP secondary sensor (f/2.2), and two 2MP sensors (f/2.4).
For selfies and video calling, the Alcatel 5X features a 13-megapixel front camera (fixed focus with f/2.0 aperture).
The handset features a 6.52-inch IPS display with HD+ (720 x 1,600 pixels) resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, 2.5D glass protection, and a waterdrop-shaped notch. It measures 165 x 75 x 9.09mm and weighs about 186 grams.
