The Dell XPS 15 (9510) comes with a starting price of $1,249.99 (approx Rs 91,800). Whereas the price of the Dell XPS 17 (9710) starts at $1,449.99 (approx Rs 1.06 lakh)

Both new models will be available in select regions soon. However, the company is yet to confirm the Indian price and launch date.

The newly refreshed XPS laptops come with the latest Intel 11th Gen Core H-series CPUs, Nvidia GeForce RTX 30 series GPUs (with varying power output), and Windows 10 OS.

Both the Dell XPS 15 and XPS 17 feature a slim form factor and InfinityEdge displays with a 16:10 aspect ratio. While the Dell XPS 15 (9510) comes with a 15.6-inch display, the Dell XPS 17 (9710) sports a 17-inch display.

For audio, the new laptops sport a quad-speaker design with two 2.5W woofers and two 1.5W tweeters (tuned by Waves MaxxAudio Pro and Waves Nx 3D audio). Let’s take a closer look:

The new laptop is powered by up to an 11th Gen Intel Core i9-11900H processor along with 8GB RAM and up to 4TB PCIe 4×4 SSD storage. You can choose from a 56Whr and an 86Whr battery.

The Dell XPS 15 also features up to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GPU with 4GB GDDR6 VRAM and 45W power output. It runs up to Windows 10 Pro OS.

Connectivity options include Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX1650, Bluetooth v5.1, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, a full-sized SD card reader, and a 3.5mm headphone combo jack.

Additionally, the Dell XPS 15 offers three display options. The 15.6-inch screen can be paired with a full-HD+ (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) panel (500 nits peak brightness and 100 percent sRGB coverage).

You can also choose a 3.5K (3,456 x 2,160 pixels) OLED touchscreen (DisplayHDR 500TB, 400 nits peak brightness, 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, 1,00,000:1 contrast ratio, 176-degree viewing angle).

Alternatively, there is an option for a 4K UHD+ (3,840 x 2,400 pixels) touchscreen (DisplayHDR 400 certification, 500 nits peak brightness, 100 percent Adobe RGB, 99 percent DCI-P3 typical, 1,600:1 contrast ratio, 178-degree wide viewing angle).

The new laptop is powered by up to an 11th Gen Intel Core i9-11980HK processor along with up to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU (70W, 4GB GDDR6 VRAM), 8GB RAM, and up to 4TB PCIe 4×4 SSD storage.

The Dell XPS 17 is backed by a 97Whr battery. Connectivity options include Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX1650, Bluetooth v5.1, four Thunderbolt 4 ports, and a 3.5mm headphone combo jack.

You can choose from two display options – a full-HD+ (1,920 x 1,200 pixels) or 4K UHD+ (3,840 x 2,400 pixels). The 17-inch full-HD+ option comes with 500 nits peak brightness, 100 percent sRGB coverage, and a 1,650:1 contrast ratio.

On the other hand, the 4K model sports a 17.0-inch touchscreen with DisplayHDR 400 certification, 500 nits of peak brightness, 100 percent Adobe RGB, 99 percent DCI-P3, and a 1,600:1 contrast ratio.
