The Honor Pad V8 Pro is priced at CNY 2,599 (approx Rs 31,000) for the 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant. While the 8GB RAM/ 256GB storage model costs CNY 2,899 (approx Rs 34,500), the 12GB RAM/ 256GB storage variant comes at CNY 3,299 (approx Rs 39,300).
Currently, the company is offering all three models with a discount of CNY 100 (approx Rs 1,200). The new tablet is now available for pre-order in China. Sales are expected to start on December 30.
The Honor Pad V8 Pro comes in three different color options – Burning Orange, Clear Sky Blue, and Star Gray. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price tag and launch date.

The new tablet is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor along with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage.
In terms of optics, the Honor Pad V8 Pro sports a 13-megapixel rear camera (f/2.0 aperture) with an LED flash. It can record up to 4K resolution videos.
For selfies and video calling, the new handset sports a 5-megapixel front camera (f/2.2) that can record full-HD videos. It is backed by a 10,050mAh battery with 35W fast charging support.

The Honor Pad V8 Pro runs Android 12 OS with MagicOS 7.0 on top. It comes with an inbuilt accelerometer. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Bluetooth 5.2, and a USB Type-C port.
The new tablet sports a 12.1-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1,600 x 2,560 pixels, 600 nits of peak brightness, and a 144Hz refresh rate. It is compatible with the Magic Pencil 3 and the Smart Touch keyboard.
In terms of dimensions, the Honor Pad V8 Pro measures 277 x 178.95 x 6.64mm and weighs 589 grams for the metallic Clear Sky Blue and Star Gray options. The polyurethane Burning Orange has a thickness of 6.99mm and weighs 599 grams.
