Price and Availability

Infinix Note 8 (expected)$200 (approx Rs 14,700).

The Infinix Note 8 comes in Deepsea Luster, Iceland Fantasy, and Silver Diamond color options. Whereas the Infinix Note 8i will be available in Ice Diamond, Obsidian Black, and Tranquil Blue colors.

However, the company is yet to reveal the price tag and launch date of the new smartphones. The Infinix Note 8 is expected to be priced around $200 (approx Rs 14,700).

Both the Infinix Note 8 and Note 8i are powered by a MediaTek Helio G80 processor and a 5,200mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.

The new smartphones run the Android 10 operating system with XOS 7.1 on top. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The rear panel features four rear cameras. While both devices feature a hole-punch display, the Infinix Note 8 features dual selfie cameras. Both come with DTS Audio processing. Let’s take a closer look:

The dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 processor and 6GB RAM. The 128GB internal storage can be further expanded via a dedicated micro SD card slot (up to 2TB).

The Infinix Note 8 features a 6.95-inch IPS display with HD+ (720 x 1,640 pixels) resolution, a 20.5:9 aspect ratio, and 480 nits of peak brightness.

On the back, the quad-camera setup uses a 64-megapixel primary sensor (with an autofocus lens), a 2-megapixel macro camera, 2-megapixel depth sensor, and an AI lens.

For selfies and video calling, the smartphone features a dual-camera setup on the front. It combines a 16-megapixel primary sensor with a secondary portrait sensor.

The Infinix Note 8 packs measures 175.3 x 78.76 x 8.95mm. It comes with dual speakers to deliver stereo audio.

A fingerprint sensor is placed on the side. Other sensors on the device include an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor.

The dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 processor and 6GB RAM. The 128GB internal storage can be further expanded via a dedicated micro SD card slot (up to 512GB).

The Infinix Note 8i features a 6.78-inch IPS display with HD+ (720 x 1,640 pixels) resolution and a 20.5:9 aspect ratio.

On the back, the quad-camera setup uses a 48-megapixel primary sensor (with an autofocus lens), a 2-megapixel macro camera, 2-megapixel depth sensor, and an AI lens.

For selfies and video calling, the smartphone features an 8-megapixel front camera with dual LED flash. It measures 171.4 x 77.7 x 8.9mm.

A fingerprint sensor is placed on the side. Other sensors on the device include an accelerometer, ambient light, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor.
