The new handset sports a new design including a Transformers (Autobot) logo on the back. There are also gold accents around the trim and camera module.

The iQoo branding on the back is in gold as well. The smartphone comes in a single RAM and storage configuration. Other specifications are the same as regular iQoo 3.

The new handset is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor (with 5G modem), 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 128GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.

The Vivo iQoo 3 is backed by a 4,440 mAh battery with 55W fast charging support. Users will be able to get up to a 50% charge in just 15 minutes.

The company has also added Carbon Fiber VC Liquid Cooling technology. It is said to bring down the CPU temperature by 12-degree celsius.

Cameras

On the back, the new smartphone sports a quad-camera setup with a 48MP Sony IMX582 sensor (f/1.79 aperture), a 13MP telephoto lens (f/2.46, 20x digital zoom), a 13MP wide-angle lens (f/2.2, 120-degree FoV), and a 2MP depth sensor (f/2.4).

On the front, the Vivo iQoo 3 features a 16MP selfie camera with an f/2.45 aperture. It supports 4K video capture.

The Vivo iQoo 3 runs the Android 10 operating system with iQoo UI on top. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, Glonass, and USB Type-C 2.0.

The handset sports a 6.44-inch Super AMOLED display comes with a Full-HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) resolution, 180Hz touch sampling rate, 800-1200 nits of peak brightness, and a pixel density of 409ppi.

The HDR10+ enabled screen also comes with 91.40 percent screen-to-body ratio, Schott Xensation UP protective layer, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The Vivo iQoo 3 measures 158.51 x 74.88 x 9.16mm and weighs 214.5 grams. It comes in in Tornado Black, Quantum Silver, and Volcano Earth color options.

Additionally, the new handset comes with an Ultra Game Mode. The company has also added touch-sensitive buttons called Monster Touch buttons.

The iQoo 3 Transformers Limited Edition is priced at CNY 3,498 (approx Rs 37,100). Sales will start on June 1. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price or launch date.
