Lenovo Legion Y7000P (starting) CNY 6,799 (approx Rs 81,000)

The Lenovo Legion Y7000P (2022) is priced at CNY 6,799 (approx Rs 81,000) for the Intel Core i5-powered variant. The Intel Core i7-powered model costs CNY 7,799 (approx Rs 93,000).

The Lenovo Legion Y9000P (2022) is priced at CNY 8,999 (approx Rs 1.07 lakh) for the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060-powered variant. A GeForce RTX 3070 Ti-powered model costs CNY 10,999 (approx Rs 1.31 lakh).

Both gaming laptops will be available in China from March 3. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price tag and launch date.

Specifications and Features

The Legion Y7000P (2022) comes with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 and GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GPUs. Whereas the Legion Y9000P (2022) features Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 and GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GPUs.

Both gaming laptops are powered by the 12-gen Intel ‘Alder Lake’ processors and run runs Windows 11 Home OS. Let’s take a closer look!

The new laptop is powered by a 12th-Gen Intel ‘Alder Lake’ processor (Intel Core i5-12500H/ Intel Core i7-12700H) along with 16GB LDRR5 RAM and 512GB PCIe SSD storage.

While the Intel Core i5 variant comes with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 GPU (4GB GDDR6 RAM), the Intel Core i7 model get Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GPU (4GB GDDR6 RAM).

The Lenovo Legion Y7000P (2022) sports a 15.6-inch display with quad-HD (2,560 x 1,440 pixels) resolution, a 165Hz refresh rate, and 100 percent sRGB colour gamut.

The gaming laptop is backed by an 80Whr battery that can be charged via a 135W USB Type C charger. It comes with a 720p HD webcam and a Nahimic sound system.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, an HDMI port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, an RJ45 Ethernet port, two USB Type C ports, a Thunderbolt 4.0 port, and three USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports.

The gaming laptop sports a TrueStrike full-size backlit keyboard with a numeric keypad. It also gets a Frost Blade Cooling System 4.0 along with a turbofan and a ultra-thin copper alloy heat sink system (with a multi-zone inlet and outlet air system).

The new laptop is powered by a 12th-gen Intel ‘Alder Lake’ Core i7-12700H processor along with 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB PCIe SSD storage.

The 16-inch display comes with WQXGA (2,560 x 1,600 pixels) resolution, a 165Hz refresh rate, 500 nits peak brightness, HDR support, 10bit colour depth, 3ms response time, DC dimming, and TUV Rheinland certification.

For graphics, you can choose from an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 6GB GDDR6 GPU or GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 8GB GDDR6 GPU. Other specifications are similar to Legion Y7000P (2022).
