The Lenovo-owned brand has launched its first Android TV-powered smart TV range in India. It includes multiple size and resolution options (from 32 inches to 65 inches, and HD to 4K resolutions).

With the new TV models, Motorola is hoping to increase it’s brand/ product presence beyond smartphones (similar to Xiaomi and OnePlus).

The new Motorola TVs feature a front-firing soundbar-style speaker setup with a 30W rated sound output. The soundbar is placed right below the TV screen.

All Motorola TV models are powered by Android TV 9.0. A bundled gamepad will allow users to install and play games on the TV via the Android TV platform and Google Play Store. You don’t need a dedicated gaming console, or screen mirroring tech.

The Motorola TVs support HDR formats up to the Dolby Vision standard. Additional formats including Dolby Audio and DTS are also supported.

The Motorola Smart TV range comes in multiple sizes and resolutions. Sales will start on September 29 via Flipkart (during the e-commerce platform’s Big Billion Days sale).

The 32-inch HD model is priced at Rs 13,99. While the 43-inch full-HD model costs Rs 24,999, the 43-inch ultra-HD variant comes with a price tag of Rs 29,999.

The 50-inch ultra-HD, 55-inch ultra-HD, and 65-inch ultra-HD models cost Rs 33,999, Rs 39,999, and Rs 64,999, respectively.
