The Realme 6 series has spotted online several times. Now, the company has released teasers for upcoming smartphones.

As per recent teasers and reports, the Realme 6 series will include 64MP quad rear camera setup, a 90Hz display, hole-punch design, and 30W Flash Charge technology.

While Realme 6 is sais to be powered by a MediaTek Helio G90T processor and 8GB RAM, the Realme 6 Pro is tipped to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC.

Both handsets are confirmed to support 30W Flash Charge technology and run the Android 10 operating system.

The full-HD+ display is tipped to come with a 90Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole design.

In terms of design, the Realme 6 series is teased to sport uniformly thin bezels. The rear panel is tipped to sport a gradient finish with purple and blue hues.

Cameras

On the back, the Realme 6 series is said to sport an AI-powered quad-camera setup (vertically aligned) with a 64MP primary sensor.

The camera set up will support 20x zoom. It is also said to come with an ultra-wide-angle lens, a telephoto lens, and a dedicated macro camera.

While the Realme 6 is tipped to sport a single front camera (housed in a display hole), the Realme 6 Pro will sport a dual selfie cam (housed in a pill-shaped cut out).

Price and Availability

The Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro will be launched in India on March 5. There are expected to cost Rs 9,999 and Rs 13,999, respectively.

Interested customers can pre-order the upcoming handset by deposit a sum of Rs 1,000 before March 4. Sales will start on March 15.

As part of ‘blind offer’, the Realme 6 buyers will get free Realme Buds 2 earphones. The Realme 6 Pro buyers will get a discount coupon (worth Rs 1,000) towards the Realme Buds Wireless earphones.

Recently, Realme X50 Pro 5G was launched in India at Rs 37,999 for the 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant. The 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage model costs Rs 39,999.

The new smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor along with Adreno 650 GPU and up to 12GB RAM.

The Realme X50 Pro 5G comes with 128GB/ 256GB UFS 3.0+ storage. The 4,200mAh battery comes with 65W Super Dart charging.

On the back, the new handset sports a quad-camera setup with a 64MP Samsung GW1 sensor (f/1.8 aperture, six-piece lens). It also includes an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 12MP telephoto lens, and a 2MP portrait camera.

For selfies and video calling, the Realme X50 Pro 5G sports a dual-camera setup with a 32MP Sony IMX 616 primary sensor (f/2.5) and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens.

The Realme X50 Pro 5G runs the Android 10 operating system with Realme UI on top. Connectivity options include 5G (NSA/ SA and mainstream bands), 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS, and USB Type-C port.

The dual-SIM smartphone features a 6.44-inch display with Full-HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Additionally, the Realme X50 Pro 5G features an in-display fingerprint sensor. It comes in Mass Green and Rust Red color options.
