Redmi Band Launched With Colour Display, Integrated USB Plug

The new smart band supports fitness-tracking features (track activities like cycling, running, walking, etc), heart rate monitoring, and sleep tracking.

The Redmi Band sports a color display. It also comes with personalized dial face options. Users can also choose from up to four wristband variants.

The new wearable also features an integrated USB plug for easy charging (similar to the Huawei Band 4 and Honor Band 5i). Let’s take a closer look:

The Redmi Band sports a rectangular 1.08-inch color display. Alongside four different wristband options, Xiaomi is offering over 70 personalized dial faces.

The new smart band comes with five distinct sports modes. It features an optical heart rate sensor and sleep monitoring feature (lets you track your sleeping patterns).

Xiaomi claims that the built-in battery can last for 14 days on a single charge. An integrated USB connector allows you to charge the device by plugging into a USB charger.

Additionally, the Redmi Band comes with Android compatibility. You can use it with most Android smartphones (not juts the Redmi and Mi models).

Price and Availability

PriceCNY 99 (approx Rs 1,100)

The Redmi Band is priced at CNY 99 (approx Rs 1,100). It will be available under a crowdfunding campaign at CNY 95 (approx Rs 1,000).

The crowdfunding campaign will go live in China from April 9. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price and launch date.

Xiaomi has also launched the Mi Bunny Watch 4 smartwatch and the Mi Air 2S earbuds. A new smart TV, connected camera, and router models were also revealed at the same event.
