The Redmi G 2021 is priced at CNY 5,699 (approx Rs 64,900) for the Intel Core i5 model. It will be available for purchase in China from September 23.

On the other hand, the AMD Ryzen 7 variant is priced at CNY 6,999 (approx Rs 79,700). It will be available for purchase in China from September 28.

As of now, the company has not revealed the Indian price tag and launch date of the Redmi G 2021.

The original Redmi G was launched in August last year with an Intel Core i5-10200H CPU and a 60Hz display. It came with a starting price of CNY 5,299 (approx Rs 60,300).

The Redmi G 2021 is powered by an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-11260H processor along with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card, 16GB RAM, and 512GB storage.

The Intell option comes with a 180W power adapter. For thermal management, it features a proprietary heat dissipation system with large dual fans.

On the other hand, the AMD option comes with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800 processor paired with Nvidia GeForce 3060 graphics, 16GB RAM, and 512GB storage.

The AMD model comes with a 230W power adapter. It features a heat dissipation system with dual 12V fans, four air outlets, and five all-copper heat pipes.

The Redmi G 2021 runs Windows 10 operating system (upgradeable to Windows 11). It comes with a Xiao AI digital assistant.

The gaming laptop features a 16.1-inch display with an up to 144Hz refresh rate and TÜV Rheinland certification (for low blue light emission).

Additional features include a three-level backlit keyboard, a DTS:X Ultra 3D surround sound experience, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and USB Type-C charging.
