The Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition / Redmi K30 5G Speed Edition is the latest addition to the company’s Redmi K30 series. It is the first smartphone to be powered by the new Snapdragon 768G SoC.

The Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G processor along with the upgraded Adreno 620 GPU, 6GB RAM, and 128GB internal storage.
In terms of optics, the smartphone sports a quad rear camera set up with a 64MP primary sensor (f/1.7 aperture), an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens (f/2.2), a 5MP macro lens (f/2.4), and a 2MP depth sensor.
For selfies and video calling, Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition sports a dual-camera set up (20MP + 2MP) on the front. The 4,500mAh battery comes with support for 30W fast charging.

The Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition runs the Android 10 operating system. Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi, 4G-LTE, Bluetooth, NFC, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port.
The dual-SIM smartphone features a 6.67-inch display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 120Hz refresh rate.
The Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition measures 165.3 x 76.6 x 8.79mm and weighs 208 grams. A fingerprint scanner is placed on the side.

The Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition is priced in China at CNY 1,999 (approx Rs 21,300). It is currently listed on JD.com for reservations.
The flash sale is scheduled at 10 am on May 14. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price or launch date.
The new handset comes in four color options – Deep Sea Shimmer, Mint Ice Blue, Purple Jade Factory, and Time Monologue.
