The Redmi K30S is priced at CNY 2,599 (approx Rs 28,600) for the 128GB storage variant. The 256GB storage variant comes with a price tag of CNY 2,799 (approx Rs 31,000).
As an introductory offer, the company is offering the new handset with a discount of CNY 300 (approx Rs 3,300). It is now available at CNY 2,299 (approx Rs 25,300). Sales will start on November 11.
The new handset comes in Interstellar Black and Moonlight Silver color options. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price tag and launch date.
The Redmi K30S comes with similar specs and features as the Mi 10T which was launched in India with a starting price of Rs 35,999.

The new smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor along with 8GB RAM and 128GB/ 256GB onboard storage.
In terms of optics, the Redmi K30S sports a triple rear camera setup. It uses a 64MP primary Sony IMX682 sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens (123-degree), and a 2MP macro lens.
For selfies and video calling, the handset comes with a 20MP front camera. It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging.

The Redmi K30S runs Android 10 OS with MIUI 12 on top. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS, Infrared (IR), NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
The dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone measures 165.1 x 76.4 x 9.33mm and weighs 216 grams. A fingerprint sensor is placed on the side.
Other sensors on the Redmi K30S include an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor.
The 6.67-inch TUV Rheinland certified display comes with Full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,400 pixels) resolution, up to 144Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 650 nits, and a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
