The Samsung Galaxy M12 is priced in India at Rs 10,999 for the 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant. The 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage model costs Rs 13,499.
The new smartphone will be available from March 18. It comes in Attractive Black, Elegant Blue, and Trendy Emerald Green color options.
The new handset is the successor of the Samsung Galaxy M11 that was launched in March last year with a starting price of Rs 10,999.

The Samsung Galaxy M12 is powered by an octa-core processor (unspecified) and 3GB/ 4GB/ and 6GB RAM. The 32GB/ 64GB/ 128GB storage can be further expanded via a dedicated micro SD card slot (up to 1TB).
In terms of optics, the upcoming handset sports a quad rear camera setup. It uses a 48-megapixel primary sensor (f/2.0 aperture), a 5MP ultra-wide-angle (f/2.2, 123-degree of field-of-view), a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor.
For selfies and video calling, the Samsung Galaxy M12 sports an 8-megapixel front camera (f/2.2). It is backed by a 6,000mAh battery that offers up to 58 hours of talk time on a 4G network.

The Samsung Galaxy M12 runs Android OS with One UI Core on top. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The dual-SIM (nano) smartphone features a 6.5-inch TFT Infinity-V display with HD+ (720 x 1,600 pixels) resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio.
The Samsung Galaxy M12 measures 164.0 x 75.9 x 9.7mm and weighs 221 grams. It features an all-new metallic back with micro motifs and soft-curved edges for a better grip.
Sensors on the device include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an accelerometer, ambient light, and a proximity sensor.
