Xiaomi has finally launched the Mi CC9 and Mi CC9e smartphones in China. Both variants sport triple rear cameras, 4,030mAh battery, a 32-megapixel selfie camera, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The Xiaomi Mi CC9 is priced in China at CNY 1,799 (approx Rs 18,000) for the 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant. The 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage model comes with a price tag of CNY 1,999 (approx Rs 20,000). It comes in Dark Blue Planet, Dark Night Prince, and White Lover color options.
The Xiaomi Mi CC9 Meitu Custom Edition (with 8GB RAM/ 256GB storage) is priced at CNY 2,599 (approx Rs 26,000). It only comes in a White gradient finish. Sales begin on July 5.
On the other hand, the Xiaomi Mi CC9e price comes with a price tag of CNY 1,299 (approx Rs 13,000) for the 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage model. While the 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant costs CNY 1,399 (approx Rs 14,000), the 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage model is priced at CNY 1,599 (approx Rs 16,000).
The Xiaomi Mi CC9e also comes in Dark Blue Planet, Dark Night Prince, and White Lover color options. Sales begin on July 9.

The new handset is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 710 processor along with Adreno 616 GPU and 6GB RAM. The 64GB/ 128GB internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card slot (up to 256GB).
The Xiaomi Mi CC9 runs Android 9 Pie operating system with MIUI 10 on top. It is backed by a 4,030mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
Cameras
In terms of optics, the Xiaomi Mi CC9 sports a triple camera setup on the back. It combines a 48-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.9 aperture), an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth of field sensor. Camera features include super night mode, portrait mode bokeh, HDR, panorama, 4K video recording, 960fps slow-motion video recording.
For selfies and video calling, the new smartphone sports a 32-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture. Camera features include Mimoji Shooting, AI Portrait Mode, 3D Beauty, Front Panorama, Gesture Photo, Front HDR, Front Screen Fill, Face Recognition, and AI Smart Beauty.
Additionally, the Mi CC9 Meitu Custom Edition comes with Meitu camera optimizations. It includes Meitu’s unique AI low-light portrait feature and video editing capabilities.

The Xiaomi Mi CC9 features a 6.39-inch AMOLED display with full-HD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) resolution, 430 nits peak brightness, and a pixel density of 403ppi. It also features an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The new handset measures 156.8 x 74.5 x 8.67mm and weighs 179grams. Connectivity options include Bluetooth v5, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port. The company has also added a face unlock feature, Game Turbo 2.0 mode, and Hi-Res audio.

The Xiaomi Mi CC9e is powered by an 11nm 2.0GHz Snapdragon 665 octa-core processor along with 4GB/ 6GB RAM. The 64GB/ 128GB internal storage can be further expanded via a hybrid microSD card slot (up to 256GB).
The 4,030mAh battery comes with 10W charging support. It measures 153.48 x 71.85 x 8.4mm and weighs 173.8 grams.
