Finally , the wait is over for all the fitness freaks who were waiting for a fitness focused smartwatch from Motorola. Motorola has launched Motorola Moto 360 Sport smartwatch in India, targeting all the fitness enthusiasts.
The Sport variant is based on the original model except that users can’t change the band on the Sport variant. It comes with an in-built GPS and accurate heart rate monitor. It comes with a durable silicone strap which doesn’t absorb sweat and resists fading and staining.
It doesn’t require users to carry their phones while working out and tells about distance traveled, lap times, pace and more. It works with Android fitness apps, records daily workout data and syncs directly to the apps. Besides monitoring fitness data, this wearable allows users to read Gmail, talk via Whatsap, update Facebook and more. The Moto Voice feature lets users control the phone hands-free by speaking commands.
The smartwatch flaunts Motorola AnyLight display, a hybrid screen that automatically adapts to the level of natural light. In indoors, it reflects an LCD screen whereas in outdoors, it reflects natural light. The Moto 360 Sport is IP67 certified and is resistant against dust and water. Backed up by a 300mAh battery, it is claimed to survive for up to a full day on mixed usage with Ambient on.
