Motorola has launched its Motorola Moto G4 Plus and Moto G4 smartphones in the Indian market. While the former is now available to buy in the country, the latter will go on sale next month.
The Moto G4 Plus is priced at Rs. 13, 499 for 2GB RAM+16GB storage variant and Rs. 14,999 for 3GB RAM+32GB storage variant. At this price point, the Moto G4 Plus will compete with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 and Samsung Galaxy J7 2016. The Moto G4 Plus features a plastic body with rounded frame and a textured back cover with good grip. The Galaxy J7 2016 features plastic back with brushed metal finish and metal frame along the edges. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 features a stunning unibody metal design.

The Galaxy J7 2016 comes with an S Bike Mode that turns the phone into a bikers phone to avoid distraction. It avoids distraction of the bikers due to incoming calls and helps them to concentrate on the road.

The Galaxy J7 2016 is the most expensive smartphone in this comparison. It offers a unique S Bike mode, yet on spec-sheet, it lacks behind in display, RAM and rear camera department. It also lacks fingerprint sensor which is offered by the other two smartphones. The specifications and features of Moto G4 Plus and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 are closely matched, but the price of Moto G4 Plus for the similar specs that Redmi Note 3 offers, is nearly Rs. 3,000 more. All the three smartphones in this comparison offer impressive specs, but Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 does so at the least possible price.
