The new 2023 iMac comes with the same design as the 2021 model. However, it gets the new M3 chip which is based on the Apple iPhone 15 Pro’s A17 Pro chip.
The new M3 chip is made using a 3nm process. For graphics, it offers hardware-accelerating mesh shading with support for ray tracing. Additionally, a 16-core Neural Engine enables faster machine learning.

The new 24-inch Apple iMac is powered by an 8-core M3 chip along with up to 10-core GPU, up to 24GB unified RAM, and 256GB SSD storage.
The all-in-one PC sports a 24-inch Retina Display with a 4.5K resolution and 500 nits of peak brightness. It features a six-speaker setup that supports Spatial Audio and Dolby Atmos
The new 24-inch Apple iMac runs new macOS Sonoma out-of-the-box. It features a 1080p FaceTime camera for video calling.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, up to four USB Type-C ports, two Thunderbolt ports, and Gigabit Ethernet support.

The new Apple 24-inch iMac comes with a starting price of Rs 1,34,900. It comes with a Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse. You can choose from four colour options – green, pink, blue, and silver.
The base model comes with an 8-core CPU, 8-core GPU, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD storage, and two Thunderbolt ports.
Another variant a 10-core GPU comes with a starting price of Rs 1,54,900 (Rs 1,44,900 for education). It ships with a Magic Keyboard with Touch ID and Magic Mouse.
This variant comes with an 8-core CPU, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD storage, two Thunderbolt ports, Gigabit Ethernet, and two USB 3 ports. You can choose from six colour options – Blue, Green, Orange, Pink, Purple, Silver, and Yellow.
Sales will start from November 7 via the Apple website, Apple Store, and Apple-authorised resellers.
