The Fossil Gen 5E is priced in India at Rs 18,490 (including GST). It is now available via the official website and Flipkart.
The smartwatch come in two styles – Men (44mm) and Women (42mm). You can choose from multiple color options for each. There are Silicone, Stainless Steel, Leather, and Stainless Steel Mesh strap options.
The Fossil Gen 5E (42mm, 44mm) models were originally launched with a starting price of $249 (approx Rs 18,200).

Specifications and Features
The new smartwatch is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100 processor along with 1GB RAM and 4GB internal storage. It runs on Wear OS by Google.
The Fossil Gen 5E features a stainless steel body. All the four options designed for women come with 5ATM water resistance.
The Black Silicone comes with 5ATM water resistance. Whereas the Gen 5E Smartwatch Brown Leather and Black Stainless Steel models come with 3ATM water resistance.

The new smartwatch sports a 1.19-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 390 x 390 pixels and pixel density of 328ppi. The Always-on display offers multiple watch faces.
The Fossil Gen 5E models features a single button on the right. It offers touch and voice inputs. The wearable can be charged to 80 percent in 50 minutes.
The company ahs added multiple battery modes – Daily Mode, Extended Mode, Time Only Mode, and Custom Mode. It is touted to last for more than 24 hours in Extended Mode.
Sensors on the device include accelerometer, gyroscope, off-body IR, and PPG heart rate sensor. For connectivity, the company has added Bluetooth 4.2 LE, NFC, GPS, LTE, and Wi-Fi.
The new smartwatch comes with Google Fit for activity tracking. It can track activity goals, steps, sleep, heart rate, cardio level, etc.
The Fossil Gen 5E comes with a built-in speaker and mic to answer calls. It also allows you to control music, make contactless payments, and control your smart home devices.
