The HP Victus 16 comes with a starting price of $799 (approx Rs 58,200). As of now, HP has not confirmed the Indian price tag and launch date.

The new laptop range is aimed at PC gaming enthusiasts and offers good hardware at a slightly lesser price than the Omen range.

Additionally, the company has refreshed the HP Omen 16 and HP Omen 17 gaming laptops with 11th-Gen Intel Core processors and the latest Nvidia GeForce GPUs.

While the new HP Omen 16 is priced at $1,049.99 (approx Rs 76,500), the HP Omen 17 comes with a price tag of $1,369.99 (approx Rs 99,800).

The new laptop is powered by Intel Core i7-11800H/ AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processor along with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU and up to 32GB RAM.

For storage, the HP Victus 16 comes with 1TB SSD or dual SSD supporting RAID options. There is also an option for Intel Optane memory.

The gaming laptop features a 16.0-inch QHD display with a 165Hz refresh rate and Eyesafe low blue light tech. It is fitted into a 15-inch footprint.

HP claims that the new laptop uses post-consumer recycled ocean-bound plastic in the construction of the speaker housings and bottom base of the chassis. The outer boxes and fiber cushions are also 100 percent sustainably sourced and recyclable.

For heat dissipation, the HP Victus 16 comes with wide rear vents, five-way airflow, and a four-heat pipe design. It also comes with Omen Gaming Hub.

Additional features on the laptop include undervolting, performance mode, network booster, and system vitals.

Both the laptops sport a QHD IPS display with a 165Hz refresh rate, 3 milliseconds response time, 100 percent sRGB coverage, and TUV Rheinland certified for eye protection.

The HP Omen 17 is powered by an Intel Core i9-11900H processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 graphics, up to 32GB RAM, and up to two 1TB PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSDs in RAID 0.

On the other hand, the HP Omen 16 comes with an Intel Core i7-11800H/ AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 GPU. It is backed by an 83Whr battery that can last up to 9 hours on a single charge.

Additional features include per-key RGB lightning, Omen Gaming Hub Light Studio integration, and an optional Intel Optane. The Intel models include Wi-Fi 6E and Thunderbolt 4 port connectivity options.
