The Huawei Mate Xs 2 comes with a starting price of CNY 9,999 (approx Rs 1,15,850) for the base mode (8GB RAM, 256GB storage). An 8GB RAM/ 512GB storage variant costs CNY 11,499 (approx Rs 1,33,200).
Additionally, the company has launched a Huawei Mate Xs 2 Collector’s Edition with a price tag of CNY 12,999 (approx Rs 1,50,600). It comes with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.
The foldable smartphone will be available in China from May 6. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price tag and launch date.

The Huawei Mate Xs 2 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 4G processor along with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB internal storage (expandable up to 256GB).
The foldable phone is backed by a 4,600mAh battery with 66W fast charging support. However, the Collector’s Edition gets a 4,880mAh battery with 66W charging support.
On the back, the Huawei Mate Xs 2 sports a triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.8 aperture), a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens (f/2.2), and an 8MP telephoto lens (f/2.4, OIS, 3x optical zoom, and 30x digital zoom).
For selfies and video calling, the handset comes equipped with a 10.7-megapixel front camera. It is paired with an f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle lens.

The Huawei Mate Xs 2 runs HarmonyOS 2. Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, USB Type-C port, and NFC.
The dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone measures 156.5 x 139.3 x 11.1mm (156.5 x 75.5 x 11.1mm in a folded state) and weighs 255 grams.
The 7.8-inch (2,480 x 2,200 pixels) OLED display can be folded into 6.5-inch (1,176 x 2,480 pixels). It comes with up to 120Hz refresh rate, up to 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 424ppi pixel density.
The new handset comes in Brocade White, Elegant Black, and Frost Purple color options. Sensors on the device include a fingerprint sensor, IR sensor, gravity sensor, and an ambient light sensor.
