The South Korean electronics giant is expected to launch the LG V60 ThinQ at MWC 2020 Feb 24 – 27). As of now, there is no information about its price tag.

As per recent leaks and reports, the LG V60 ThinQ will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor. It will be the company’s first smartphone in 2020.

The upcoming handset is said to come with 5G connectivity. It will also support LG’s dual-screen functionality (similar to the LG G8X ThinQ).

The dual-screen accessory connects to the primary smartphone via USB Type-C. It works as a cover for the device.

While the LG G8X ThinQ has a ‘free stop hinge’ for the second screen, the LG V60 ThinQ is said to come with an improved hinge technology.

Additionally, the LG V60 ThinQ will sport a quad rear camera setup and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The upcoming handset is tipped to come in Blue, Black, and White color options. Connectivity options will include a headphone jack and a USB Type-C port.

The LG V60 ThinQ will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery. It will run the Android 10 operating system.

The 4-channel microphone system is touted to offer better audio recording while making videos and otherwise.

The LG G8X ThinQ is priced in India at Rs 49,999. It comes in a single Aurora Black color option.

The new handset sports a 6.4-inch FullVision display with a waterdrop-shaped notch and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The secondary 6.4-inch full-HD+ display (called the LG Dual Screen) plugs in via a USB Type-C connection. A hinge lets you turn the display to a full 360-degree.

The case also features a 2.1-inch monochrome OLED display which shows information such as time, date, battery status, notification markers, etc.

LG G8X ThinQ

The LG G8X ThinQ is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor along with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The 4,000mAh battery supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology.

In terms of optics, the new handset features a dual-camera setup on the back. It combines a 12-megapixel primary sensor with a 13-megapixel secondary sensor (super wide-angle lens).

Camera features include an improved video stabilization and AI Action Shot mode (with up to 1/480s shutter speed).

For selfies and video calling, the smartphone sports a 32-megapixel front camera with a Reflected Mode (for portrait shots in low-light conditions).
