The Mi NoteBook Ultra is priced at Rs 59,999 for the Core i5 processor/ 8GB RAM variant. While the Core i5/ 16GB RAM model comes at Rs 63,999, the Core i7/ 16GB RAM model costs Rs 76,999.

On the other hand, the Mi Notebook Pro comes with a starting price of Rs 56,999 for the base model (with Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB RAM).

While the Core i5/ 16GB RAM model costs Rs 59,999, the top-end variant (with Core i7/ 16GB RAM) comes at Rs 72,999.

The new laptops will be available in Lustrous Grey color finish. Sales will start from August 31 via Mi.com, Amazon, and Mi Home stores. It will be available through retail outlets soon.

Both the Mi NoteBook Ultra and Mi Notebook Pro were launched in India as part of Xiaomi’s Smarter Living 2022 event. They will join the Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition under Xiaomi’s Mi brand.

The new laptops are powered by 11th Gen Intel Core processors – Core i5-11300H clocked at 4.4GHz (Turbo Boost up to 5GHz) and Core i7-11370H clocked at 4.8GHz (Turbo Boost up to 5GHz).

Both the Mi NoteBook Ultra and Mi Notebook Pro also come with Intel Iris Xe graphics. The audio is handled by two 2W speakers with DTS Audio processing.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, a Thunderbolt 4 port, HDMI port, USB Type-C port, two USB Type-A ports, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The new laptops feature a slim and light form factor. A 16:10 aspect ratio display is accompanied by a backlit keyboard.

While the NoteBook Pro sports a 14.0-inch display, the Mi NoteBook Ultra comes with a 15.6-inch screen. Let’s take a closer look:

The new laptop is powered by up to Intel Core i7-11370H processor along with Intel Iris Xe graphics, up to 16GB DDR4 RAM (clocked at 3,200MHz), and 512GB NVMe SSD storage.

The Mi Notebook Ultra is backed by a 70Whr battery that is said to last up to 12 hours. It also supports USB Type-C charging with a 65W charger.

The new laptop runs Windows 10 Home OS. For video calling, it comes equipped with an HD webcam (at the top of the display).

Design and Display

The Mi Notebook Ultra is made from Series 6 Aluminium. In terms of dimensions, it has a thickness of 17.9mm and weighs 1.7kg.

The laptop comes with a backlit scissor keyboard (with three levels of brightness, 1.5mm of travel) and a large trackpad that supports Windows gestures. A fingerprint scanner is embedded in the power button.

The 15.6-inch Mi-Truelife+ display comes with a resolution of 3,200 x 2,000 pixels, a 16:10 aspect ratio, 90Hz refresh rate, 300 nits peak brightness, 100 percent sRGB coverage, 89 percent screen to body ratio, TUV Rheinland low blue light certification, and DC dimming.

The new laptop is powered by up to an 11th generation Intel Core i7 processor along with Intel Iris Xe graphics, with up to 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD storage.

The Mi Notebook Pro is backed by a 56Whr battery that is said to last up to 11 hours. It runs Windows 10 Home OS (upgradable to Windows 11) and comes pre-installed with Microsoft Office Home 2019.

The 14-inch display comes with 2.5K (2,560 x 1,600 pixels) resolution, a 16:10 aspect ratio, 300 nits peak brightness, 100 percent sRGB coverage, TUV Rheinland low blue light certification, and DC dimming.

In terms of dimensions, the Mi Notebook Pro has a thickness of 17.3mm and weighs 1.4kg.
