The Nokia C2 was unveiled by the company’s Chief Product Officer (Juho Sarvikas) via social media.

However, the price tag is yet to be unveiled. The company is holding an online launch event on March 19.

The new smartphone is powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core Unisoc processor and 1GB RAM. The 16GB internal storage can be further expanded via a micro SD card (up to 64GB).

The Nokia C2 is backed by a 2,800mAh removable battery. For photography, it sports a 5MP camera on the front and back.

The new handset runs the Android 9 Pie (Go edition) operating system. Connectivity options include 4G, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and FM radio.

The Nokia C2 features a 5.7-inch display with HD+ resolution. It features a Google Assistant button.

In terms of optics, the new smartphone measures 154.8 x 75.59 x 8.85mm and weighs 161g. It comes in Cyan and Black color options.
