OnePlus has finally taken the wraps off its much anticipated flagship smartphone- OnePlus 3. The latest flagship smartphones comes with a lot of upgrades in terms of design and specifications, over the predecessor OnePlus 2.
On design front, the OnePlus 3 flaunts its anodized aluminium unibody design and also features a fingerprint sensor integrated into the home button. There is an Alert slider on the side as well that allows users to switch between notification profiles- all, priority and none.
As for specifications, the phone is powered by a 64-bit 2.15GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor paired with whopping 6GB of RAM. It runs Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 operating system wrapped under Oxygen OS 3.1. On the front, it features a 5.5-inch full HD Optic AMOLED display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution and 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 4.
For photography lovers, it sports a 16 mega pixel primary camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, OIS, PDAF and Sony IMX298 sensor. There is also an 8 mega pixel front facing camrera with f/2.0 aperture and Sony IMX179 sensor for capturing selfies and making video calls. It supports 4K video recording.
Fueled by a 3000mAh battery, the device supports Dash Charge technology which is said to charge the phone up to 60 percent in just 30 minutes. It is a dual SIM phone that offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GOS, NFC and USB Type-C as connectivity options.
