Oppo A31 With Snapdragon 410, LTE Support Launched: Price, Specs & Features

Oppo has launched its new budget smartphone Oppo A31 with LTE support in China. The dual-SIM device is powered by 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.4 GHz paired with 1 GB of RAM and Adreno 306 GPU. Running Android 4.4 KitKat operating system wrapped under ColorOS 2.0.1, the handset features a 4.5 inch FWVGA IPS display with 854 x 480 pixel resolution. It sports an 8 mega pixel primary camera with LED flash and a 5 mega pixel front facing camera.

On storage front, there is 8 GB of inbuilt memory which is expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card. The handset is backed up by a 2000 mAh battery. Oppo’s A31 phone offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS and Micro-USB as connectivity options. The phone measures 131.9 x 65.54 x 8.03 mm and weighs 135 grams.

Oppo also launched its N3 phone in India earlier this week for Rs. 42,990. The USP of the handset is its 16 mega pixel motorized swivel camera with PI 2.0+ technology. Specifications of the device include a 2.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 (MSM8974AA) processor, Adreno 330 GPU, Android 4.4 KitKat OS with ColorOS 2.0.1, 5.5-inch full-HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display, 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB inbuilt memory (expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card), 16 mega pixel rotating camera and a 3000 mAh battery with VOOC rapid charging technology.

Price and Availability

The Oppo A31 is now listed on company’s online store in China priced at CNY 999 (approximately Rs. 10,000) and will go on sale on April 17. There is no word yet on pricing and availability details of the handset outside China.
