Sales will start in China on December 26. As of now, there is no information about the India price and launch date.

The new smartphone is powered by an octa-core processor and 4GB RAM. The 128GB internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card (up to 256GB).
In terms of optics, the Oppo A8 sports a triple camera setup on the back. It uses a 12MP primary sensor, a 2MP wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor.
For selfies and video calling, the new handset sports an 8MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture. The 4,230mAh battery is claimed to offer 14 hours of uses while watching videos and 7 hours of gaming use.

The Oppo A8 features a 6.5-inch display with HD+ (720 x 1600 pixels) resolution, 89 percent screen-to-body ratio, and a waterdrop notch.
The new smartphone runs the Android 9 Pie operating system with ColorOS 6.1 on top.
For audio, it offers Dirac sound effect. A fingerprint sensor is placed on the back.
The Chinese brand has also launched the Oppo A91 in China at CNY 1,999 (approx Rs 20,000). It comes in in Red, Blue, and Black color options (with a gradient finish).
The new handset is powered by an octa-core processor along with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The 4,000mAh battery comes with support for VOOC 3.0 flash charge technology (charges from 0-60 percent in just 30 minutes).
In terms of optics, the Oppo A91 sports a quad-camera set up in the back. It uses a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens (119-degree field of view), a dedicated macro camera, and a depth sensor.
For selfies and video calling, the new handset sports a 16MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture.
The Oppo A91 sports a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with Full-HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) resolution, a 90.7 percent screen-to-body ratio, and Corning Gorilla Glass protection.
The new handset also sports a waterdrop notch and an in-display fingerprint sensor (claims to unlock the phone in just 0.32 seconds).
