Realme has launched two new smartphones in the Chinese market. The Realme X comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor, pop-up selfie cam, and a gradient finish on the back. The Realme X is priced in China at CNY 1,499 (approx Rs 15,400) for the 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant. While the 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage model costs CNY 1,599 (approx Rs 16,400), the 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage variants comes at CNY 1,799 (approx Rs 18,500).
Sales start on May 20. A special Naoto Fukasawa collection (with 8GB RAM/ 128GB internal storage) will come with a price tag of CNY 1,899 (approx Rs 19,500).
On the other hand, the Realme X Lite is priced at CNY 1,199 (approx Rs 12,300) for the 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant. While the 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage model costs CNY 1,299 (approx Rs 13,300), the 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage variants will retail at CNY 1,499 (approx Rs 15,400).
Realme X is confirmed to arrive in the Indian market soon. The Realme X Lite was recently launched (as Realme 3 Pro) in the country with a starting price of Rs 13,999.

The new smartphone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 710 processor along with 4GB/ 6GB/ 8GB RAM and 64GB/ 128GB internal storage. The 3,765mAh battery comes with VOOC 3.0 fast charging support.
In terms of optics, the Realme X sports a dual camera setup on the back. It uses a 48-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.7 aperture) and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor (f/2.4 aperture). The 16-megapixel front camera comes with f/2.0 aperture. It is housed in a pop-up module.

The Realme X runs on Android 9 Pie operating system with ColorOS 6.0 on top. Connectivity options include 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.
The dual-SIM smartphone sports a 6.53-inch AMOLED display with full-HD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It also comes with a 91.2 percent screen-to-body ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
In terms of dimensions, the handset measures 161.2 x 76.9 x 9.4mm and weighs 191 grams. It comes in two color options (White and Blue) with gradient finish. Additional features include Dolby Atmos support and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Realme X Lite
The Realme X Lite is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor along with an Adreno 616 GPU and up to 6GB RAM. The 64GB/ 128GB internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card (up to 256GB). The 4,000mAh battery comes with support for VOOC 3.0 fast charging support.
In terms of optics, the new handset sports a dual camera set up on the back. It comes with a 16-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.7 aperture, Sony IMX519 sensor) and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor (f/2.4 aperture, GC5035 sensor). For selfies and video calling, the 25-megapixel front camera comes with f/2.0 aperture.
The dual-SIM smartphone sports a 6.3-inch IPS display with full-HD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and a peak brightness of 400 nits (with a contrast ratio of 1200:1). Additionally, it features a 2.5D curved glass comes with a layer of Corning Gorilla 5. A fingerprint sensor is placed on the back.
