Price and Availability

Realme X50 is expected to be launched on January 7, 2020. It is expected to be priced starting at CNY 2,199 (approx Rs 22,500).

Additionally, the company is likely to launch another smartphone called Realme X50 Youth Edition. It might be called Realme X50 Youth Lite.

As per recent leaks and rumors, the upcoming smartphone will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor along with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.

The 4,500mAh battery will come with wireless charging support. It is said to last for two days.

The VOOC 4.0 Flash Charge fast charging technology is claimed to charge a 70 percent charge in just 30 minutes. Users will get comprehensive real-time monitoring of fast charging.

For selfies and video calling, the Realme X50 will sport a dual camera set up on the front (inside pill-shaped hole-punch). It is tipped to use a 32MP primary sensor and an 8MP wide-angle lens.

The rear camera setup is said to combine a 64MP Sony IMX686 sensor with an 8MP wide-angle camera and two 2MP sensors.

The upcoming handset is tipped to feature a 6.6-inch LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. A fingerprint sensor will be placed on the side.

The Realme X50 will offer support for simultaneous dual-channel Wi-Fi and 5G connectivity.

In addition to dual-mode 5G support (NSA and SA 5G network), the smartphone will also cover all mainstream 5G network bands such as n1, n41, n78, and n79.

The upcoming handset will be powered by a MediaTek MT6885 processor along with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
