As of now, there is no information about its price tag. The Redmi 7A was launched at Rs 5,999.

According to recent listings and leaks, the Xiaomi Redmi 8A will be powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor. It is tipped to come in three RAM/ internal storage variants – 2GB RAM/ 16GB storage, 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage, and 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage.

In terms of optics, the upcoming smartphone will sport 12-megapixel rear camera. For selfies and video calling, it will sport an 8-megapixel front camera.
