The Redmi G is priced at CNY 5,299 (approx Rs 57,100) for the base variant with Intel Core i5-10200H CPU and 60Hz display.

Another model with an Intel Core i5-10300H CPU and 144Hz display is priced at CNY 6,299 (approx Rs 68,000).

The top-end variant with Intel Core i7-10750H and 144Hz display is priced at CNY 6,999 (approx Rs 75,500).

The gaming notebook is available for pre-orders in China. The company is offering a promotional discount on all three variants for the first sale.

Sales will start in China on August 18. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price and launch date.

The Redmi G is powered by up to 10th-generation Intel Core i7-10750H processor along with 16GB DDR4 RAM (clocked at 2,933MHz) and 512GB PCIe x4 NVMe SSD storage.

The company has added up to Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Ti GPU for graphics. It is backed by a 55Wh battery that offers up to 5.5 hours of 1080p video playback.

For cooling, the Redmi G comes with dual fans, four exhausts, three copper heat tubes, and a copper cooling module.

The gaming notebook comes pre-installed with Windows 10 Home OS. An Fn+K smart mode switch function allows you to switch between three performance modes.

Connectivity options include 2×2 MIMO dual-antenna Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, Gigabit wired network, a USB 2.0 port, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, a mini DisplayPort 1.4 port, a full-size HDMI 2.0 port, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The 16.1-inch display comes with full-HD (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) resolution, up to 144Hz refresh rate, 300 nits of peak brightness, and a 1000:1 contrast ratio with support for DC dimming.

The screen also comes with 100 percent coverage of the sRGB color space and 81 percent screen to body ratio. The audio is handled by two 2W speakers with DTS:X Ultra support.

In terms of dimensions, the Redmi G measures 264.47 x 373.44 x 24.35mm and weighs 2.5kg. It features a backlit keyboard with a Numpad. The touchpad supports multi-finger gestures.
