The RedmiBook Air 13 is priced at CNY 4,699 (approx Rs 50,600) for the 8GB RAM variant. The 16GB RAM model costs CNY 5,199 (approx Rs 56,000).
The new laptop comes in a single silver color option. It is currently available for pre-orders in China.
Sales will start in China on August 17. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price and launch date.

The RedmiBook Air 13 is powered by a 10th-generation Intel Core i5-10210Y quad-core processor along with up to 16GB DDR3 RAM and 512GB SSD storage.
For graphics, the new laptop comes with an Intel integrated graphics chipset. It is backed by a 41Wh battery that can last more than 8 hours (depending on the use) and features USB Type-C charging.

The RedmiBook Air 13 comes pre-installed with Windows 10 OS. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.0, two USB Type-C ports, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The 13.3-inch display comes with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels, a 16:10 aspect ratio, 300 nits of peak brightness, and 100 percent coverage of the sRGB color space.
The sleek laptop is only 12.99mm thick and weighs 1.05kg. It has slim bezels on three sides. However, there is no webcam for video calling.
For heat dissipation, the company has used all copper cooling. There are also dual exhausts for better airflow.
